Harper Lee Seconds Amish in India’s Bestseller List

Harper Lee’s comeback on the literary charts — Go Set a Watchman — sold more than a million copies in US and Canada in a week after its release this month. In India, the book has debuted strong at number 2 on the charts behind Indian author Amish Tripathi’s Scion of Ikshvaku, according to publishers Penguin Random House. While the publishing house didn’t wish to divulge the exact figures, it did reveal that Watchman has renewed interest in Lee’s 1960 classic To Kill a Mockingbird.
